SERVICES

KNB Design Co. offers residential interior design and outdoor living services for new construction, renovations, and existing homes throughout St. Petersburg and the greater Tampa Bay area.

Every project is approached individually, with services tailored to the scope of the home and the needs of each client.

FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN

For new construction, renovations, and comprehensive residential projects.

KNB Design Co. works closely with clients, architects, builders, and trades throughout the design process to create a cohesive vision for the home. Services may include space planning, kitchen and bath design, cabinetry and custom millwork, material and finish selections, lighting and plumbing selections, design documentation, furnishings, and ongoing project coordination.

From the larger architectural decisions to the smallest details, each element is considered as part of the whole.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Outdoor living is an integral part of the KNB Design Co. approach.

We design outdoor environments that feel like natural extensions of the home, considering architecture, materials, furnishings, lighting, and the way each space will be used.

Projects may include outdoor kitchens and bars, pool and terrace spaces, dining and lounge areas, cabanas, outdoor showers, furnishings, lighting, material selections, planters, and wellness spaces.

FURNISHINGS + STYLING

For clients looking to complete an existing home or individual space, KNB Design Co. offers select furnishings and styling engagements.

Furniture, lighting, textiles, art, accessories, and vintage pieces are thoughtfully layered to create interiors that feel collected, personal, and complete.

DESIGN CONSULTATIONS

Private design consultations are available for clients seeking professional direction on a more focused scope.

Consultations may address space planning, materials and finishes, kitchens and baths, lighting, furnishings, outdoor spaces, or overall design direction. Additional design services may be arranged following the consultation when appropriate.

WORKING TOGETHER

Every project begins with a complimentary discovery call to learn more about your home, project scope, timeline, and goals.

Following the call, projects that are a good fit begin with an initial consultation. From there, KNB Design Co. develops a customized scope of work and design proposal based on the specific needs of the project.

To maintain a highly involved and personal design process, KNB Design Co. accepts a limited number of projects at a time.
